Damian is the founder of The Spaulding Method and has been celebrated as an accomplished musician in many rights. Over his lifetime he has refined his teaching approach now known as the Spaulding Method and utilized in the teaching of as many as 100 students in the Simcoe County area alone. Damian has been working to grow the Spaulding Method to be far larger than a local phenomenon and we all look forward to watching this revolutionary teaching style take over our nation. Phil Hufnagel
Certified Instrument: Guitar, Piano, Bass
Phil Hufnagel has been playing music for more than 20 years. Have written, recorded and produced his own songs from his private starup studio, and is has now started a role with The Spaulding School of Music as a talented and anointed guitar teacher.
Phil teaches out of our new location at: 80 Bradford St and we are truly glad to have him as a part of our team.

CeeJay Horrel

CeeJay is not only a highly talented vocalist but also has accomplished great works “in studio” and at many “live venues” across North America. CeeJay is a talented song writer and he is also a great addition to the Spaulding School of Music Team. Thank you CJ for being such a talented pleasure and sharing your expertise with our students.

Jay Haynes
Certified Instrument: Drums
Jay is a new addition to our teaching team. He is a recent graduate of the Trebis Institute of Technology and is not only an accomplished drummer, but also a guitarist and experienced studio technician. He will soon be playing a major role in the studio technology side of the Spaulding School of Music. It is truly an honour to have Jay and his talents as part of our dynamic Team.
