There are three components to making a complete musician:
Theory, Practical, and Technique.

When all three are taught organically as a whole they blend together to make a strong and unified talent. The diagram on this page illustrates this concept. As a student grows in the Spaulding Method all three areas converge onto the center point: "The Artist" and all three become one blended whole.
